Shipping policy

How much is shipping in Australia?
Orders over $50 AUD are free.
A flat rate of $10 AUD will be charged for every order under $50 AUD within Australia.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping is a flat rate of $25 AUD for all international orders.

How long will my order take?
All online orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Australian deliveries may take up to 3-7 working days, depending on location.

Can I track my order?
All of our deliveries are tracked from door to door. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number.

Please ensure sure that your order is shipped to a secure location, as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages once a package has been delivered to the correct location.

If you don't receive your order after 7 working days of dispatch, please email ask@thesupernatural.co and we'll look into it. 

Do you offer express shipping?

What about international import duties and taxes?
Orders to countries outside of Australia may incur import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your product may incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.
